Administers the Equal Employment Opportunity Program for the Government of Guam in accordance with E.O. 2006-16, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the EEO Act of 1981 and the laws which protect persons with disabilities.  Monitors employment programs for recruitment, performance, awards, promotions, separations and other employment activities to ensure the protection and rights of all employees and applicants for employment.  Receives and processes complaints of discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation or marital status and retaliation.
